光栅片材是由一大排整齊半圓柱光學透鏡組成。當由不同角度觀看它時、在透鏡下相應的地方會被放大。 不同的光栅適合不同的用途和印刷方法。一般情況下，厚光栅片適合用激光數碼打印機製作海報等而簿片較適合用柯式印刷方法製作小型圖像產品。 簿光栅片是指厚度是0.45mm 或更薄。此類光栅片較適合近距離觀看的產品如雜誌封面、宣傳單張、插頁、包裝盒等。如配合高分辨率印刷打印，薄光栅亦可作較遠距離觀看之用 |
